What rebates are available?
SVCE rebates are available for single-family homes, mobile or manufactured homes, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and multi-family homes (4 dwelling units or fewer) swapping out existing equipment, not for completely new building construction. Each dwelling unit is eligible for one rebate per appliance type. See the Participant Agreement for more details and the Appliance Specifications to confirm your project is eligible.
Core Rebates
SVCE will award rebates up to the dollar amounts described below. Rebates are not to exceed project costs. If you are a customer from Milpitas or Mountain View, you can find your core rebate amounts on the Milpitas + Mountain View tab.
