“I had a new heat pump system installed in my house (the previous one was not working well at all).
Roberto Moya dedicated all the time I needed to answer all my questions and to survey my house: he also organized a follow-up visit with an expert to finalize the design of the new system. I finally signed up for a new heat pump and a 2-zone system, including the replacement of all the ducts.
The installation was thorough and clean over a couple of days; Juan Reyes was the installation leader and was helped by AJ and then by Luis. All of them were very knowledgeable and respectful of the house; they answered all my questions promptly and checked with every time they needed my input so I could the installation that I wanted. The system was also properly permitted: I personally spoke to the County Inspector and I can say that he was very pleased with the quality of the work.
A multi-zone heat pump is a fairly complex system and needs some tuning. Several other team members came promptly to my house to resolve all the issues: Kintroy Johnson, Brian Parsons.
I made a mistake in the location of the outdoor unit and requested for an additional work order to relocate the outdoor unit: Le Quan Tran and Adolph Garcia did that also very efficiently and cleanly and also helped diagnose an issue with a crossed wire.
All this was perfectly coordinated by Christopher Norlin with timely emails, calls and text messages.
All in all I am very pleased with the work done by AirCare and I would certainly use them again for any HVAC needs.”
