Welcome to Aircare Heating and Cooling ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking services, using our website, or communicating with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
We provide HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair services to customers in San Jose and surrounding areas. All services are performed by licensed professionals. Service appointments are scheduled based on customer requests and availability.
2. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may result in additional fees.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Warranty & Liability
We warrant our workmanship for 90 days after service. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts. We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or factors outside our control (such as natural disasters).
5. Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related calls and SMS messages from Aircare Heating and Cooling. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS at any time. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
6. Privacy

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California.
8. Changes
