Air Care Heating & Cooling performs biannual commercial HVAC preventive maintenance for this client in Campbell, CA 95008, where the building has seven commercial package units. During this maintenance visit, technician Steve serviced the package units by replacing filters, checking belts, and inspecting the mechanical and electrical components of the systems. The goal of the recurring maintenance program is to keep the building’s HVAC equipment checked and maintained ahead of the client’s peak operating seasons.
