Two aging rooftop package units had needed multiple repairs to stay operational. Reliable heating and cooling is especially important in a restaurant environment, where HVAC problems can affect employees, customers, and daily business operations.
With the aging equipment requiring continued repairs, we recommended replacing both systems rather than continuing to invest in repairs on end-of-life equipment.
Our commercial installation team, Adolph and Juan, removed both aging package units and replaced them with two new commercial package HVAC systems, completing all equipment connections, startup, and operational testing.
Instead of continuing to invest in frequent repairs on aging equipment, the restaurant now has two new commercial HVAC systems designed to provide more reliable heating and cooling and reduce the risk of unexpected equipment failures disrupting business operations.
Reliable heating and cooling is especially important in a restaurant environment, where HVAC problems can affect employees, customers, and daily business operations. With both aging package units needing repeated repairs to stay operational, replacing the equipment ended the cycle of continued investment in end-of-life systems.
