“Moses was courteous, professional, and careful to make sure I had the opportunity to ask questions during the process of installation of my Harvest Thermal system. He faced several challenges resulting from doing the work in a 1927 house.
There are a few loose ends, which he assured me he or another employee would return to deal with —suspension of a duct that’s laying on the floor, materials remaining, moving a sheet of plywood that had been stored where the system was put in, and removing more of the gas duct that served the old water heater (I’ve not yet replaced my gas stove). There’s a large air filter I don’t know where should go, and I need to be reminded how to turn on the evening outdoor air flow.”
