“Moses was courteous, professional, and careful to make sure I had the opportunity to ask questions during the process of installation of my Harvest Thermal system. He faced several challenges resulting from doing the work in a 1927 house.
There are a few loose ends, which he assured me he or another employee would return to deal with —suspension of a duct that’s laying on the floor, materials remaining, moving a sheet of plywood that had been stored where the system was put in, and removing more of the gas duct that served the old water heater (I’ve not yet replaced my gas stove). There’s a large air filter I don’t know where should go, and I need to be reminded how to turn on the evening outdoor air flow.”

The whole experience was exceptional, from the office (Victoria) calling proactively and setting a time that was convenient for us, to the follow up and confirmations (text/email). Then Jamie and Kintroy called the day off and confirmed as well.. and did a thorough job in maintaining our system.. they had a detailed report of their findings and recommendations, and took the time to discuss all the details.
