Finally, the community (Bristol Commons) scheduled the installation of a new unit. Anthony was responsible for the installation and he went about it very professionally keeping in mind all the safety measures required during the pandemic. He informed me about the process and then went on about it trying his best to minimize disturbance and keeping me informed of the process.”

He and his helper came on time, covered the floor with protective materials to keep it clean and safe from debris. He explained everything he did and instructed how to use the appliance properly. He was nice and professional. The office lady Victoria also was very responsive, informative and easy to communicate. I don’t know about their pricing because my landlord is supposed to cover all fees but the guys were definitely nice to work with. Thank you”
“Had an appointment window between 9 and 11 and he got here around 10am. Brian was very professional when we met. Before he came inside the house he put on his mask and shoe covers which I really appreciate considering the current situation. He was very thorough in checking the thermostat, air ducts, furnace and a/c unit. He went over some of his findings and recommendations. Overall the service was excellent and would definitely recommend to my family and friends.”
“This was a positive experience from the start. Joey came out to give me an estimate on replacing my forced air ducting. Along with an estimate he also gave us different options as to installation and furnace placement. The price quoted was reasonable and in line with other quotes. Joey co-ordinated with the asbestos removal company so I would be without heat for the minimum amount of time.
Anthony and Moses came out to do the installation. They worked very well as a team. My questions were answered and discussions were had regarding vent placement in each room. Before starting work in a room they would tape and tarp off the area to insure cleanliness.
