    Does Your Furnace Need to Be Replaced Too?

    Choosing the Right Air Conditioner

SEER2 is a standardized seasonal cooling-efficiency rating; a higher SEER2 rating indicates greater rated seasonal cooling efficiency under the test procedure. Actual energy use and comfort still depend on the home's cooling load, equipment sizing, airflow, controls, installation and runtime.

    That's why we match equipment options to the home and the homeowner's priorities, which may include energy use, sound levels, humidity control or room-to-room temperature consistency. We install Bryant, Trane and other major manufacturers, and the recommendation is based on the measurements and system conditions found during the design process.

    Financing options may be available for qualified applicants, and some projects may have current rebates or incentives worth checking. Program availability, funding and eligibility can change, so we use the current resources on our rebates page rather than promising an incentive before eligibility is verified.

    AC Replacement vs. Heat Pump Conversion

    We inspect duct sizing and layout, supply and return airflow, leakage, and insulation — plus thermostat placement, return air, and ventilation. If your ductwork is sound and sized correctly, it stays; if restrictions or leaks would hold a new system back, you see what we found before installation day.

    Only after gathering all of the information do we recommend equipment — matched to the calculated cooling load, your ductwork, and your comfort goals, with options compared side by side.

    Commissioning & Performance Verification

    Installation isn’t finished when the equipment is in place. We verify refrigerant charge, airflow, electrical connections, thermostat and controls, and overall system performance before we call the job complete.
