Air Care Heating & Cooling completed a commercial ductless mini-split replacement in Sunnyvale, CA 94085 for one of our property management company clients. A new tenant had moved into the large commercial building and wanted the existing mini-split system serving the server room replaced. Air Care installed a new 24,000 BTU Bryant 1-to-1 ductless mini-split heat pump system with one outdoor heat pump and one high-wall indoor unit. The installation was completed by Mark and Quan.

A new tenant moved into a large commercial building managed by one of Air Care's property management company clients. The tenant wanted the existing mini-split system serving the server room replaced.
The project called for replacing the existing server-room mini-split with a new dedicated ductless system. Air Care installed a 24,000 BTU Bryant 1-to-1 mini-split heat pump system consisting of one outdoor heat pump and one high-wall indoor unit serving the server room.
Mark and Quan replaced the existing mini-split system serving the commercial server room and installed a new 24,000 BTU Bryant 1-to-1 ductless mini-split heat pump system. The new system consists of one Bryant outdoor heat pump connected to one high-wall indoor unit serving the server room.
The server room now has a new 24,000 BTU Bryant 1-to-1 ductless mini-split heat pump system with one outdoor unit and one high-wall indoor unit. The project was completed for Air Care's property management company client as part of the new tenant's improvements to the commercial space.
This project was a commercial installation; Air Care also provides commercial HVAC installation for offices, retail, and other commercial buildings throughout the Bay Area.
Energy savings were not quantified for this project.
