While Steve was onsite, the homeowner mentioned a concern about a dryer blockage warning. Steve ran dryer vent brushes through the vent, removed the accumulated material, and the blockage warning cleared.
Steve completed the scheduled heat pump maintenance and checked the system’s operation to confirm the equipment was running according to manufacturer specifications. No additional HVAC problem was provided for this job.
