“Kintroy arrived on time, was friendly and courteous, and had great communication skills. He assessed a mini split system for me in an ADU, determined that wires had been crossed in installation (by a different company), and successfully fixed the problem. He also gave me tips about running the system because it is new to me. He did not rush through the job, but took his time to determine the exact problem. This work is also guaranteed for 30 days. Overall, Aircare is a family run business with excellent communication and quality technicians. I will continue to use Aircare if I have any HVAC issues. Thank you!”

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mark, Le Quan Tran and Adolph for an HVAC installation, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. They worked incredibly hard, especially given the tough conditions – the space they had to work in was tight, and the weather was unbearably hot. Despite these challenges, Mark and his team remained professional and focused throughout the process.

One thing I really appreciated was Mark’s willingness to collaborate. The location for the piping was difficult to identify, but Mark worked with me in a very constructive way, discussing each option and helping me make the best decisions for the project. His expertise and clear communication made the whole experience seamless.

If you’re looking for someone reliable and skilled for HVAC work, I highly recommend Mark and his team. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

Happy, Happy, Joy-Joy! After a few days of no hot water, AirCare has once again come to our rescue with another job well done! I first spoke with Victoria and she was pleasant and professional and told me the names of the gentlemen who would be coming out and I could have an appointment the very next morning. I was given a time with a 2 hour window and they were here at the beginning of the time period and called me ahead of time just as I was told they would.

It was Javier and James they were courteous and professional. It turned out there was not a problem with furnace but a switch to it had been turned off. They went over the furnace to make there were no other issues and made me feel comfortable that it was working properly. “Our furnace was acting out and was not maintaining a consistent temperature esp. during colder months. Air Care techs came and analyzed the problem, diagnosed the problem and sent Bryan and Javier to fix the issue. The fix was very involved and requires changing the existing ducts and the related filters. Both Bryan and Javier did an excellent job in repairing and got the job done in reasonably good time. They were courteous and patiently walked us through the entire process and explained the changes being made. They even cleaned up the debris after the work was completed.

Overall very happy with the quality of their work.”

“I hired Air Care to install new AC, new furnace, thermostat, air scrubber and attic gable fan. Their techs were some of the most polite, respectful and responsible workers we have had in our home. They were on time, worked hard, made sure all my questions were answered and cleaned up every day before they went home. Our furnace is located in the attic and I was expecting to have to touch up paint in my hallway or at least clean the walls. Not one scuff!

The team of Javier, Bryan and Moses took good care of our home. Roberto is coming for a follow up this week to make sure everything is to our satisfaction.

Only one issue arose during the project and it was resolved promptly when I called the office and texted Roberto.

“Moses was courteous, professional, and careful to make sure I had the opportunity to ask questions during the process of installation of my Harvest Thermal system. He faced several challenges resulting from doing the work in a 1927 house.
There are a few loose ends, which he assured me he or another employee would return to deal with —suspension of a duct that’s laying on the floor, materials remaining, moving a sheet of plywood that had been stored where the system was put in, and removing more of the gas duct that served the old water heater (I’ve not yet replaced my gas stove). There’s a large air filter I don’t know where should go, and I need to be reminded how to turn on the evening outdoor air flow.”

Air Care was quite willing to work on my rather ancient furnace, quickly diagnosing the problem and scheduling a return visit to complete the repair with a special order part before they left from their initial diagnostic visit.

Other HVAC contractors have a will-get-to-you-when-we-get-to-you attitude. Air Care was completely on top of communication and scheduling…no surprises…a big plus! Air Care arrived exactly on time and ready to rumble on both of their pre-scheduled visits.

During the initial diagnostic visit our technician Brian P. tried several heroic measures to restore operation–only concluding that a new part was required after significant effort to restore our heat the same day. Brian answered all of our many questions and respected our desire for social distancing during the pandemic.

But ultimately the measure of success is the repair itself. When Brian P. returned to install the new part he did not relent when the ancient beast refused to give up her hold on the misbehaving component. He persisted until the physically challenging replacement was completed and our heat restored during the coldest days of December.

“The vast majority of HVAC companies were not able to service our Hydronics based HVAC system. After struggling for almost a year with multiple service companies and wasteful expenditure, we finally discovered Air Care.
